• Usage Data & Transcripts: We collect and store the transcripts of your conversations with our AI assistants. We also store the personalized system prompts generated by our AI coach based on your performance.

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To manage your account, process your payments, and track your token balance.
• To Personalize Your Experience: The transcripts and personalized prompts are used to provide a continuous, adaptive learning experience, allowing the AI to remember past conversations and tailor future ones.
• To Improve Our Service: We may analyze anonymized data to improve our application's performance and features.

• Google/Firebase: For user authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Vapi & OpenAI: For processing your voice, generating AI responses, and analyzing transcripts to create personalized prompts.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. On your Profile page, you have the ability to:

• View the history of your conversations.
• Delete the stored memory (transcripts and prompts) for any assistant.
• Permanently delete your entire account and all associated data.
